A note about Suntegrity and how this company started with YOU in mind!

Suntegrity Skincare was made in memory of my mom and all of those who lost their lives to skin cancer. Using my mom's experience as a positive catalyst for change, I created a holistic, mineral sun care line to help people avoid skin cancer.

After losing my mom to melanoma skin cancer, I became a big advocate of wearing sunscreen. However, most of the sunscreens on the market use chemical UV blockers and contain a lot of toxic ingredients. It didn't make sense to me to use these types of sunscreens to prevent skin cancer only to get another kind of cancer.

After several years of research and investigation, I decided to develop my own sun care line. With a heartfelt mission and the help of an extremely knowledgeable formulator and chemist, Suntegrity Skincare was born.

Suntegrity Face and Body SPF 30 products use only the best-known physical block ingredient (non-nano size zinc oxide) to provide broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection and super anti-oxidants and amino acids to enhance that protection and help with skin repair. Our products use non-toxic preservatives to maintain their integrity without sacrificing safety or health. Our company was awarded "Champion" Status by the EWG/Compact for Safe Cosmetics

I hope you enjoy our products and smile in the memory of someone you love every time you use them."

Thanks for your support!

Did you know Aromatherapy can be helpful to you in your everyday life in your very own home?

We have compiled the top 4 Benefits of incorporating Aromatherapy into your every day life.

In a recent study, people who were using aromatherapy felt less pain and had reduced stress levels during a stressful situation, compared to participants who were not using aromatherapy.

Other studies showed reduced stress levels in cancer patients who had undergone aromatherapy treatment.

Aromatherapy has been shown to fight depression. Citrus and vibrant aromas have uplifting tendencies that tend to reduce the effects of depression. If you're down in the dumps, get a massage with essential oils and see if that helps put a smile on your face.

One of the best benefits of aromatherapy is that it can relieve pain. Clary sage is a great natural scent used for the reduction of pain, and is most commonly known for its success for relieving menstrual pains.

Aromatherapy has been shown to lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension. If you've got high blood pressure, aromatherapy may allow you to relax enough to get your blood pressure levels closer to a healthy range

Wow! The benefits of using Aromatherapy are endless! We use Aromatherapy daily at Sole'renity Spa and we are very passionate about it. We even have a massage specialized for your preference of aromatherapy. Call to learn more about our services and how they can benefit you! 580.622.8128

The Spa is wonderful!
"Our room at the Artesian Hotel was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Dinner at The Springs Restaurant was extremely good with excellent service. The highlight of our stay was experiencing the Spa package. This property is definitely worth driving a few hours for a restful weekend getaway."

Fact or Fiction?
To stay heart-healthy, exercise for 1 straight hour every day.

FICTION

"Being physically active is important for your heart, but you don't have to carve out an hour every day to do it. The American Heart Association suggests at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days a week. Or you can do at least 25 minutes of more vigorous activity 3 days a week. That can be anything like walking, swimming, or biking. You can break it up into 10 or 15 minutes here and there. The goal is just that you move."

img Add a multivitamin to your daily health regimen.

People who take a daily multivitamin/mineral supplement have a lower risk of colon cancer and heart disease. And that's not all...the folic acid in your multivitamin is almost twice as absorbable than folic acid found in the food you eat.

Bye-Bye Dry, Damaged Summer Skin!

Summer is quickly coming to a close. No more long days spent in the brutal sun. As we head into fall, take this opportunity to eliminate the skin damage accrued over the last few months and repair your skin. Check out these results-driven treatments to restore your soft, blemish-free skin.

Micro-needling tightens, lifts, and revitalizes the skin. It diminishes fine lines, signs of sun damage, wrinkles, stretch marks, and acne scarring.

Chemical peels work below the skin surface to reduce and rid your skin of sun damage. This treatment is a great way to exfoliate the skin and enhance tone and texture. There are various types of chemical peels to choose from depending on your specific concern, such as Glycolic peels, TCA peels, Vitamin C peels, and more. Your esthetician can help you select the peel that's best for your skin.

Microdermabrasion is a noninvasive exfoliation treatment that removes dead, damaged surface skin to expose healthy, radiant skin. Microdermabrasion is a painless procedure that firms and tones the skin. It can be tailored to target specific concerns, including sun damage, discoloration, fine lines, wrinkles, and more.

A facial typically includes a consultation, cleansing, toning, exfoliation, custom mask, and hydration. Because these treatments are customized to address individual skin concerns, facials are a prevalent, noninvasive, inexpensive method for repairing summer-damaged skin.

And of course, using the appropriate at-home products is crucial to skin health.

Skinny Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers
A delectable, healthy dish!
Ingredients
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8-ounce container baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8-ounces flank steak, trimmed of fat and thinly sliced into bite-sized strips
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese

  1. Spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
  2. In a large stockpot, over high heat, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Slice the green peppers in half lengthwise and remove ribs and seeds.
  4. Place the pepper halves, two at a time, in boiling water for 2 to 4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining peppers. The pepper 'skin' will lose a little brightness after cooking in boiling water. Use tongs to carefully remove the peppers from water and place open side down on paper towels to drain excess water.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes until the onion and peppers have softened.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400℉. Add the thinly sliced flank steak to the skillet. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cook for 2 to 4 minutes. Flank steak should still be slightly pink in the middle or at an internal temperature of 120℉ for medium-rare , 130℉ for medium.
  7. Place the green bell pepper halves open side up in baking dish. Line the inside of each pepper half with 1/2 slice of provolone cheese.
  8. Using a slotted spoon, transfer 1/2 cup of the flank steak mixture to each bell pepper half.
  9. Top each pepper with the remaining 1/2 slice of provolone cheese.
  10. Bake the peppers for 10 minutes in preheated oven until cheese is melted.
